LINDA O’DONNELL

An educator since her youth, Linda has instructed all ages in the water from babies to grandparents. A top priority for Linda has been to encourage all ages to learn safety around the water and then educate them that working in water can transfer to land & every day activities. Her classes are geared to maximize the benefits water provides while injecting laughter plus upbeat music.

SARAH REEDY

Sarah Reedy believes that a lifestyle of health is built on activities that you enjoy and are sustainable over time. Using these principles she tailors programs that can put fitness goals within anyone’s reach. She brings techniques and approaches from a variety of fitness and sports disciplines, to increase performance with workouts in the water that appeals to men and women of all ages. Growing up playing sports and dancing since the age of four, Sarah blends physicality and musicality into upbeat classes that will leave you energized and happy. Bringing her creativity, fun-loving approach, and depth of understanding about water properties, Sarah has designed effective and active water classes that engage the youth population.   

Sarah is an AEA Water Fitness Professional and AEA presenter. She most recently trained AEA instructors in Sport Specific Training and Line Dancing in the Pool. Sarah is also a Zumba, JumpSport, and a certified AFFA GroupX Instructor. In addition to group fitness, Sarah is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and specializes in Corrective Exercise. She has a unique ability to find and alleviate movement compensations through exercise so her client(s) can feel better and live a fuller life.

NANCY DOUCETTE

Nancy Doucette discovered her passion for water exercise in 1993 following a knee injury. Her doctor recommended she regain flexibility and range of motion in the pool. Actually, her enthusiasm for water exercise started when she was a child growing up on the Illinois shores of Lake Michigan and dreaming of becoming a mermaid.
